1) Online application
2) Online assessment (a logic test and a questionnaire section --- eg those where you rate how you feel towards a particular scenario or pick characteristics that describe yourself)
3) Phone screening (brief chat about yourself and why did you apply for the role)
4) Assessment centre (group case study and a 1:1 interview)
5) Individual case study (only for consulting roles) and partner interview (another 1:1 interview but this time with a partner --- the highest position)
6) Offer
