It takes too long for the interview process to move along. I had to follow up with the HR recruiter over and over again. As Deloitte standard interview process, got a HR screening interview, which lasted for about an hour, and was told that a technical interview would follow up, then fit interview and partner interview. It took them almost two weeks to arrange a technical interview with a manager. That happened on Feb. 1, 2013. Then didn't hear anything till Feb. 11, 2013. I was told that the manager would like to continue the process. However, I was told that they would arrange second phone technical interview, which has not been confirmed up to Feb. 22, 2013. They kept changing the date, ultimately no confirmation sent to me so far. I assume the hiring process is still in progress, just too slow and confused. I don't feel I got anywhere so far in the whole process, only feel they want me to feel there is a hope, but it seem too far, and I can't give up other opportunity to wait for something this uncertain even though I feel the position I applied for in Deloitte is my first choice. This is where I am. I won't say that I would give up the effort, but definitely not good experience. I only went through two interviews since the hiring process started in mid January 2013.
