phone interview，the hr was very very friendly，basic background check and asked for experience. It was a pleasant experience overall. Look forward to next interview. This 30 word limit is very annoying though.
I was invited to do a one-way interview where I'm given a set of questions and recorded answers. I could take it at my earliest convenience and there was no limits in time.

Entrevista
There was a written application followed by a phone interview which was quite conversational and relaxed. Then there was a case interview asking you to solve a business problem and finally a partner interview.
