Applied online March 2019 - First HR screening call after 4 months - After a week 1st round of technical interview with the reporting manager - Very good experience - After another week 2nd round of interview with the director - Good experience and nothing alarming - No reply for the company for 3 weeks despite multiple follow up emails. - Finally, after 3 weeks they responded to my follow up email that they have hired another candidate. - Although my interview experience with the depatment managers was good, the interaction with the HR personnel was rubbish - HR personnel need to learn to better communicate with the candidates and treat them with respect and not junk.
