Found it very pleasant. More of a conversation with a partner. It included a small presentation whic I had to preper prior to the interview. Nothing to worry about. Partner was very helpful and made me feel comfortable.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
