Entrevista
There were two interviews, one on campus and one at their offices. The on campus interview was nothing out of the ordinary but the one at their offices was a day long ordeal with multiple interviewers and a group case/presentation. The group case was pretty straightforward if you remembered all the things they told you about ERS.

It was a combination of behavioural and technical questions. Also had to do a presentation in about an hour and send it to the HR. Overall it was a very good experience

Entrevista
First round is online round (AMCAT based) followed by GD in which a case study is given. The final round is the interview round where they ask mostly HR questions and some basic technical questions. Prepare your resume well.

No case interviews. All behavioral questions. first round-phone interviews, second round-on-site interviews. One candidate talks to two interviewers-one PPD, one manager. Other consultants were assisting the whole process. Also provided opportunities to talk to other candidates.
