Entrevista
I applied by submitting my CV and a cover letter. Once these were submitted, I was automatically sent a link to a gamified test. Afterwards, maybe a month or even more later, I received a phone call invite to an assessment centre about a week before it was held. The AC generally tries to gauge your personality, how you work with a team, and whether these fit in with the organisation's culture. I believe the AC was held on the Thursday or Friday and I received a phone call the next week on the Monday inviting me to a partner interview. The partner interview was pretty chill, and from what I remember the partner I spoke to was more interested in understanding my passions and motivations and whether or not I was right for the role. The only disappointing part of this process was that I never received a rejection call after this final round (aka ghosted).

Entrevista
It went pretty smoothly, nothing unexpected. They asked four questions: tell me about yourself, how did you learn a new technology, leadership example and motivation question. Took around 10 minutes to complete.
