The first round consisted of a behavioral interview going over my resume and a couple of case interviews. I got the impression that the vast majority of the decision to proceed to the next round is based on your performance in the case interview. The final round was at the Deloitte office and consisted of a single case interview followed by lunch and presentations by some of the assoiates and partners. Make sure your case interview skills are sharp as they will make you work for it during the entire hour of the case. I was asked to analyze the case question and incorporate information from graphs I was given along the way. My interviewers, upper level management, were not helpful in providing data so you must be able to extract it on your own.
