The interview process was extremely disappointing from start to finish. There appeared to be little to no genuine interest in the candidate. Interviewers seemed disengaged, unprepared, and rushed, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Communication before and after the interview was minimal, and there was no meaningful feedback provided. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unprofessional, leaving the impression that the company does not value candidates’ time or effort. It reflected poorly on the organization and raised concerns about its internal culture and hiring practices.
Very professional procedure and friendly atmosphere. I felt very comfortable with the interviewer. I was informed thoroughly about the next steps and expectations which made the exerience clear, organized and positive

Entrevista
1° interview on Teams on Friday, and it went well, got an appointment for a second interview on Monday. The Interview as in Italian and then the recruiters asked me to speak in English to test my language skills. Right now I cannot say if I will get any offer, but I hope for it!
I submitted my Cv in the platform. The HR department communicated to arrange an interview at a predefined time through Internet. After the interview they updated me after approximately three months regarding the results.
