Entrevista
There was an initial HR Screen in which they give you an opportunity to learn more about the role and they learn more to see if you are a good fit. After that, I was selected to move forward with the interview with the hiring manager. It was very fast paced which I appreciated. They were communicative about next steps and decisions as well.

How did you tackle a particular project?
What are some of the changes that came out of that and how did you go about training people on them?
Have you ever been in situations where you may not have all the information you need and need to learn new things very quickly?
The interview process was long. I ended up interviewing with roughly 11 people total over four rounds of interviews. Many of the interviewers asked the same questions so it would have been more effective and saved time had they collaborated beforehand, or conducted a round-table group interview. Ultimately, I interviewed with people that I never talked to again as they had nothing to do with my job.

Excellent communication through the entire process from single point of contact. Regular updates and notification when there was a delay. Several interviews starting with Recruiter and 5 from the business.
