Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Density em jan. de 2022
Entrevista
Here's the progression of the interviews/calls:
-Screening call w/ recruiter
-30 min call w/ Head of Enterprise Sales
-30 min call w/ CRO
-30 min call w/ Mid-market Manager
-60 min presentation/Q&A with all 3
-15 min call w/ Account Manager
-15 min call w/ Enterprise AE
If only the the way all of that played out was as concise and organized as I outlined! Very disorganized process with tons of miscommunication internally. I had to constantly follow-up with them to confirm next steps.
It took over 3 months to finish the process, and I was told the steps would be much different than what actually took place.
After the last call, they scheduled a 30-min Zoom with one of the managers. Thought for sure it was going to be an offer. Instead, he told me over Zoom that they didn't think my experience was what they're looking for, and that they haven't had success with sales reps with a similar background as mine in the past.
AFTER 6 CALLS OVER 3 MONTHS!
No issue with them wanting a different background -- but that should be screened out on the first call. Incredible waste of time for everyone involved. My biggest mistake was thinking that they wanted unique answers for the out-of-the-box presentation prompt (see below).
They want SaaS sales robots. Act like one and you'll get an offer.
