I was contacted by a recruiter. She told me nothing about the company but that they do outsourcing. Was not very flexible when scheduling an interview. The interview consisted of two parts, first 1 hour with developer and 15 minutes with HR. All the questions they asked me can be found when you search internet for java interview questions, the first result that pops up. The list is about 200 questions long. I didn't know the questions regarding Hibernate and Spring frameworks. HR asked me about my previous position and how fast can I learn those frameworks I didn't know. Told me that feedback is great and will call me in the next few days to schedule another interview. They emailed me after 2 weeks and told me they decided to go with other candidate, without even having the second interview.
