I had a client that I'd worked with for a few days regarding the purchase of a number of TV's for his home. He'd previously gotten into a wreck and was physically incapable of measuring the numerous areas for the suitable TV sizes. I voluntarily facetimed the client while his wife held onto a measuring tape as I walked her through the different sizes that would best accommodate the space.
