First I applied through a form, then I got email for shortlisted candidates for the assesment test of the related field i applied for. It was a 100 Min Test consist of 6 sections, 1 Analytical, 1 Logical, 1 OOP and 3 of them from Database. After qualifying from the test, I gave an onsite interview related to database. It was all in all good experience.
