Applied online and heard back within a few days. Went through all stages of interviewing: a phone screen with HR, meeting with hiring manager, and onsite with several team members. I was very impressed by everyone's willingness to spend time answering my questions about the company and the position. At every stage I was told I had the perfect background and skills for the position. During the final round, they said I would hear back by the end of the week. Days after the deadline passed, I reached out to check on the status of the role, with no reply. After several weeks, no one at Devoted responded to my requests for an update on my application. Thought I'd check in one last time: more radio silence. A few days after my last email, I was shocked and disappointed to find the position re-posted online. For a company that prides itself on treating its members like family, I am saddened to see that this is how they treat their candidates.
