Interview with Dialectica Athens:
It was not professional at all.
First of all, I had an interview with 1 HR member that went through basic questions and it was done fast. Then, they emailed me a personality test that I had to finish before my second interview, I did not quite see the relevance of the personality test questions to the job description of the ENTRY level role I was applying for.
Nevertheless, the second interview was too long, it went for 1 hour and I was interviewed by 2 HR members, asking me all kinds of questions and frankly I was tired from all the talking by the end of it, it felt more like an interrogation.
However, I got a third interview and I also had to finish a case study before that. The case study, even though relevant to the job description, it required to do an intensive research using LinkedIN and other websites to find as much details as possible about "potential professionals" for the skill set mentioned in the case study. I don't know how do they expect you to find the "Potential Professional" for your case study when first of all not all of us use LinkedIN Premium and some accounts are restricted to the common users of LinkedIN and second of all there are no instructions to the kind of qualities or procedures they normally take doing such a task on the job, so you basically have to use your own knowledge trying to figure out how to perform this task.
Lastly, the last interview was all kinds of UNPROFESSIONAL. I was being interviewed by 4 people, they did not make it a little bit less stressful at all! One of those 4 people mainly lead the interview, she kept asking me "How does Dialectica make profit?" expecting me to know all the details of their work. Every answer I would give her, she would ask "Why?" or "And?" with ultimate ambiguity. She would just add "And?" at the end of my every sentence and when I answer she would just repeat "And?". I did not understand why she would not just ask complete questions instead of these "Ands" in a very condescending manner.
My overall intake is that their interviewing process is not professional. They just string along a bunch of random steps that are not that relevant to the job description nor to the "complexity" of the entry level role in their company. They say the people who interview you and the procedure of the interview reflects the company's culture, and I was frankly disappointed by it.
