There could be number of challenges/ problems I faced in my organization. But some of them are: a. Changing the attitude of Management in my thinking frequency for the betterment. b. Communication skill of employees to handle a situation. c. Taking the task /responsibility seriously by the subordinates. d. Lack of interest in learning to improve the personal skill.
