From beginning to end the process was very pleasant and quick (by comparison to other interview processes I've been hired with). First I was contacted by a recruiter (talent acquisition). After discussing the role and my skillset and career goals, we moved on to the first technical interview. Their technical interviewers are the same people doing the work they are asking you about so you get a good feel for how technically skilled the company is early on. By the 3rd interview I had a really good idea of the culture and the employee mentality. When I started the process, I wasn't convinced I really wanted to change jobs, but by the time I was done my last interview, I really wanted to work here!
