I Went to a super-day in the office for seniors. It was set-up speed dating style with 3 rounds of interviews. However, the lounge area was so small, I was literally shouting to my interviewer for her to hear me. Moreover, all the interviewers asked me simple and meaningless questions. Nothing constructive or questions that allowed me to explain my extensive experience in this position. I do not understand how they evaluated which candidates they wanted to select. Maybe favorites or friends to employees?... All in all, one of the worst interview experiences i ever had. I dont think this process was thought all the way through.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews for a position as an associate media planner in the Digitas media training program. Very casual interview and the supervisors were very easy to talk to.
