Very organised interview process. I had 3 virtual rounds with 1 with recruiter in the beginning and they were all very invested. Interviewers made sure I was comfortable and the interview was scenario based along with presentations.

Process was lengthy but feedback was given during the process. Unfortunately the position was not a good fit
3/4 interviews in total - mix of hiring manager, peer and HR. Peer interview feels a little unnecessary but on a whole its a good, thorough process. It felt inclusive and accessible. It did take quite a while to hear back.
Multiple Interviews at various levels. Some with additional leaders and some with potential peers. More questions regarding soft skills then professional experience or expertise. Overall slow to follow up and seemed disjointed between teams.
