Sent in resume on monster and received a call for an interview by the then store manager. I went in and spoke to the ASM of ladies shoes and had a nice quick interview. She called me later that day to have me interview with the store manager. I went in the next day and spoke to her and it was basically just asking me if I think I would enjoy my work there if I was up to the task.

Fairly simple and straight forward. They ask you about your previous work experience, also they are misleading about their positions and the possibility of great success. They feed you very outlandish success stories from other locations.

You ask for a opening but they put you where ever they want and from there they set you up to fail! You speak with a manager and if you pass you speak to the store manager.
