I recently interviewed for the Sales Solution Specialist role with HR, she was lovely, the questions were straightforward. What I found surprising was the $50K - $60K salary range for this position. Turns out the role was very junior and a newly created. With 18+ years sales experience I found it appalling that the Hiring Manager would select my profile given my vast senior qualifications for such a junior role. For a company that preaches Core Values of "we treat people right" and "team is at the heart of everything" I feel their hiring practices require better judgement of candidate selection. Have the decency to recognize that job seekers put effort into preparing for an interview, only to discover the organization has not put any effort into researching the market value of senior staff. It is not in anyone's best interest to waste time. Do Better. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in my vast network,
