Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) em ago. de 2017
Entrevista
I applied online and received an email 3 hours later inviting me to take an online personality test, just to compare your answers with theirs to determine if you're going on or not... for example: what would you do if.... (playing out different scenarios) it is timed but don't worry you'll finish!! don't rush. (I took the test the day after receiving the email) after I submitted that I got another email a couple hours later to schedule my phone interview (I did not have a choice to do it in person). I was only able to schedule my phone interview the next week. The email does let you know to be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time and allow 15 minutes after. I was ready and nervously waiting an hour before the call. A "blocked number" called me 30 minutes after my scheduled time. The interviewer was nice and let me know theres nothing to be nervous about but honestly didn't seem like she was in the best mood. The interview lasted about 10 minutes, she asked me only THREE real interview question you have to be prepared for... the questions after that were yes or no questions and she also explained the "Disney look". I did apply for attractions but she thought I would be better off in merchandise because of my past experience on my resume. I was hoping she wouldn't waitlist me but that's exactly what happened. I was offered the job two and a half weeks later.
AFTER OFFER
I got a email congratulating me with a link attached basically checking a box to let them know I am still interested. Unfortunately the email says to reply within 2 days or they'll assume I was not interested. I found the email in my junk section a week later!! but I still clicked the link and checked the "yes I'm still interested" box just to see if it would work and it did!! I received a email with another link to schedule my appointment to talk about the job I am being offered:) the call was scheduled 3 days later and my orientation is in one week!!! I can't wait to begin my journey with Disney and I'm hoping to work my way up to attractions.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Disneyland Resort.
Entrevista
It was easy. Asked basic questions on situations of being in the role at the rides. Mainly asked questions on how you are as a person under stress. They will throw a curveball question or two in there, but overall was pretty simple.
The interviewer will begin to ask you questions about yourself, your education, your past work experience, other items on your resume, your interests and goals. You may also be asked questions about the organization and the job position.
Questions may include:
“Tell me about yourself”
“Why did you choose your major?”
“What are some of your extracurricular interests?”
The interview was very simple and straightforward with the usual questions being asked. The interview was also over the phone. The interviewer was also very nice and made sure I felt comfortable and not pressured.
