Phone screen with recruiter, two 90 minute interviews with hiring director, panel interview with chief people officer and manager of partnerships. Was promised interview with ceo, but they never followed through.

I’m sorry to hear that the expected CEO conversation did not occur. Interview plans can shift as we reassess role scope or candidate direction, but we understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t clearly reset.

Entrevista
Good, it was a standard interview process. They asked standard interview questions. We had time for my questions and got to know a little bit about the team. It was a normal experience from the interviewee point of view.
Applied online. Phone screen, panel/peers, and VP. Did not proceed past the phone screen.
Phone screen was standard, recruiter was decent. Red flags included the role they posted said the salary included performance incentives but the recruiter mentioned there wouldn’t be any. They were also hiring for a role that combined 3 roles into one, all while offering a salary below market rate and below their revenue per employee.
Usually take reviews with a grain of salt but would take a look at their reviews before deciding to apply here. It seems they undervalue roles which doesn’t set this role up for success.
