My experience with the HR team for the Content Writer role was disappointing right from the start. After my interview, I was clearly told that I am selected, so I trusted the process. But soon after, the communication became very unclear and slow, and I had to constantly follow up just to know simple update or anything and was getting ignored.
The offer they later shared was much lower than what we originally discussed. When I asked for a fair amount based on market standards, the response completely changed. It felt like they wanted the candidate to simply settle for less pay, and nothing was final from their side. It also seemed like the company did not have a proper or stable budget for the role.
Even after asking me to do an additional round, there was still no timeline, no clarity, and no proper update. For almost a week, every follow-up got the same line: “We will update soon,” but no real update ever came. After all this time and effort, I was finally told they were now considering another candidate. It clearly showed they can switch to someone else anytime, even after saying “you are selected.”
This entire process honestly felt like a waste of time. The lack of transparency, constant delays, and unclear communication made it very frustrating. It didn’t feel like the HR team valued the candidate’s time or respected the effort put into each step.
I would strongly suggest future candidates to think carefully before spending too much time here, because the communication can be unpredictable and they might change their decision at any stage.
Advice to Management:
Please value candidates, avoid giving early confirmations, finalize your budget before starting interviews, and communicate honestly. Candidates invest real time and deserve clarity.

Very bad experience. First of all they don't have enough budget. They need a skilled content writer with 3+ years of experience in mere 35k per month salary. And then they are extremely unprofessional.
