Applied online, submitted a resume and cover letter, i was then called in regards to a phone interview that I had it there on the spot when I received the call, I then had an in-person interview which was at a certain hour and the interviewer wasn't ready till 15 mins after, the interview was a bit awkward, he kept asking me the usual questions and then wiping his eyes from what appears to have been the night before of no sleep , he kept yawning, he NEVER wrote down anything, he was however multitasking because while asking me questions he was sending emails to other employees, left the interview discouraged.

Meet with HR or Regional Manager at the corporate office usually. It is in a conference room or at one of the stores. One you interview they will typically reach out to you within a few days to a week. It is a good process.
