Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Domo (Cleveland, OH) em mai. de 2016
Entrevista
I was sent an electronic Hirevue - Process went very smoothly. You record the interview by yourself in a quiet room with good lighting and then you send it to the company. It allows you to practice the interview questions before actually recording and submitting them. I found it to be a little strange at first but in reality I was totally used to it by the time it was over.

4 stages. 2 CV / fit for role and then a final case study interview that was done in person using example data / dashboard. Also a round where I met members of the team I would be joining.

Entrevista
A recruiter initially reached out to me regarding the role. Eventually did about 2 phone calls with the recruiter, 1 phone call with the team member, recording a video of me answering questions and then flown out to the headquarters in Utah. Then I had a full day meeting with about 6 of the team members face to face. It was fairly standard in terms of open ended questions and getting to know each other. There wasn't any "gotcha" style questions like Google asks. The interviewers were all fairly relaxed, and I'd say a bit too relaxed. Overall, the experience was better than most other companies in that it was fairly well run.
