I applied online. Received a phone call from hr asking if I was available for an "interview" I attended the interview dressed as I would for any interview. Shoes trousers, shirt and tie. I was mocked for over dressing by the manager of the shop I was being interviewed for. I was given a tour, asked a couple of questions then offered a job
