The first interview I had was a phone screening - it seemed more like a personality quiz with some additional questions about my knowledge of the fashion industry and western lifestyle. I followed up a few times with the interviewer before they called me to complete a second interview with all the designers. The second interview was pretty straightforward. I was offered the job two weeks later but declined. At the time of my offer, the company did not provide healthcare and I was told employees receive only one week of PTO after their first year. I was also asked to sign a strict non-compete agreement that's stated I would not be allowed to work in "the same services" as Double D Ranchwear for up to two years after leaving the company.
