First, I was contacted by a company recruiter, who verified the information on my resume and gave me a brief preliminary interview over the phone. Then, I had a formal interview with two managers. The interview took place in a public environment surrounded by potentially future co-workers. There was one final interview with the department manager (same day) that took place in the same location. An answer as to acceptance into the job came over the phone from the recruiter within 15 minutes following the final interview.
