Company claims to be competitive with their salary regarding a candidates education and experience but when I asked a female hr representative from Connecticut about negotiating my salary she said that the proposed salary is non negotiable and it's never been anything else than what it's been. Go on Craigslist's and see their job description for yourselves regarding their competitive salaries. She tried to sell me the job and when they do that, you know the job is hell on earth. Highly qualified or not you will get the same pay. Save your time and seek employment with a true cdl delivery service. There's no overtime either and oh boy do they plan on taking advantage of that. Just read all of the other reviews regarding this position. Even the good reviews reflect that con on their posts.
