Telephonic interview first with two managers. One of the interviewing manager was rude. Regarding the other, some other guy conducted the interview on behalf of him. This is because the manager's voice did not match in person.
The company talks about respecting people, safety and what not. However, when a woman interview candidate walked-in some men did not know how to behave. The security person at the reception desk and a few senior level men looked at each other with a sleazy smile and passed comments. Employees make a company and the first impression about the workplace went downhill.
The candidate is called to the company for a "face to face interview" to write a 30 minute test on an application to test his/her writing skills. They expect you to understand the application screens printed out on papers thoroughly and complete the test in "30 minutes"! Guess this particular branch has no idea about information development as they have never engaged with one before.
After the test they did not have any face to face discussion and asked the candidate to leave without holding any discussion. A telephonic interview is not equivalent to a face to face discussion!
