I was a co-op employee so the interview process was pretty painless. I already knew all of the people interviewing me. We went over projects that I had worked on as a co-op student and they asked be technical questions related to the projects. They asked me about my future plans, undergrad GPA and where I would like to relocate to because there were not any positions open in the area where I had been a co-op.

not difficult, easy to discuss, comfortable, HR team give the best responses and make a deal with a good solution. interviewer can't nervous, because they are getting the discuss with a good question.
