Entrevista
It was an hour long group interview. You get asked a lot of fun questions that weren’t too serious. Everyone took turns answering their questions. Interview was done by a few managers which were all really nice. Basically like a conversation with friends.
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.

The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.

There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
