Super relaxed. Just be yourself and show a ready to learn attitude and enthusiasm towards the values of the company. Don’t overthink the process and you can also dress decently casual. Just show your personality since personality is important in a service industry job like this one.

Many stages, spontaneous questions that I didn’t expect. First a virtual interview then a group interview. Then a test of memorizing recipes of drinks and whatnot. Tedious. Intimidating but they care a lot about having some creativeness and aligning with their values

The interview process is constantly being remodeled to adapt to the generations of new broista hires that fit with the growth of the company. I had a phone call interview and an in person “panel” style interview.

Very friendly and fun. It was different than most interviews. They try to see how well you can hold a conversation and if you are friendly. Overall an easier interview than most.
