Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (Cardiff, País de Gales) em jul. de 2019
Entrevista
Interview was with the hiring manager and felt comfortable. The interview was structured but not rigid and was about an hour. I was able to ask questions about the role at the end and asked whether there was anything I'd said during the interview that would lead her to believe I was not a good match. The hiring manager was VERY honest and said her concern was that I was too experienced and wouldn't be challenged enough and as its only a small team there wouldn't be enough progression. The hiring manager delivered the feedback sensitively and told me for that reason I wouldnt be offered the role. This was like a breath of fresh air. I left the interview knowing exactly where I stood which was great and the honesty was very much appreciated. This meant I didnt have to wait for a rejection and it was delivered so well I didn't feel slighted. Its a shame because it would be nice to work with such a transparent manager ! More honesty and transparency like this in interviews would be great!!!!!!
