I concur with others that the interview process is far too drawn out. I had a phone interview and didn't hear back for three weeks and only did when I emailed to follow up. Then they scheduled a phone interview that included a case. My interviewer was very friendly and helped make the case fun. I then went in for a 2.5 hour in person interview to do the CCAT and two separate interviews that included cases. One of the cases was very easy and the other was difficult. The interviewer for the difficult one also asked me a lot of specific questions about one work project I'd done in the past rather than trying to learn about the breadth of my experiences. Overall the process took more than 3 months, which is simply too long. Most everyone I dealt with was friendly, but the whole process seemed factory-like.

HORRIBLE!!! I should have read the reviews before I interviewed and wasted more than 1 month of my time. -Cognitive Test -Recruiter Interview -1 hour Panel Interview -1 Case Study They only answer emails before you interview. So once they let you know the "time frame" in which they will be in touch it never happens. I emailed multiple times just to get the run around for WEEKS. I had another friend apply to the company as well and experienced the same thing! No communication , Low Salary , and absolutely NO Diversity.

Entrevista
Initial interview is a 30 minute phone call. The HR asked very basic questions and made sure my experience matched the skills required for the job. The HR recruiter is very upfront and gave full transparency on pay. Second part of the process was a skill assessment test.

3. First round 45 minute with a principal; behavioral/case style questions
4. Second round: completed a writing assessment where I was sent an article and had 30 minutes to respond, then had three 45 minute interviews with Managing Directors with behavioral/case style questions
Everyone was very friendly - the process took about a month.
