The interview process involved a virtual interview with a panel of four people fallowed by a in person three hour interview and presentation with a panel of nine people and a final in person 1 hour interview. The virtual interview was really an introduction and an explanation of my experience and resume. The in person interviews were much deeper conversations about specific skills and company operations.
