Entrevista
Initial Phone screen consisted of standard resume walk through and two HR scenarios issues to resolve.
Second interview came five days later and consisted of face to face with a skills test and prevue test assessing reasoning and logic.
After the testing I met with the other Directors at a lunch meeting and an offer was made to me.

Describe how you would manage an issue with an employee when there was a disconnect.Give an example of obstacles or difficulties encountered and how you resolved the issue?

Phone screen from the HR manager had a few questions about OS, Networking & Sys Mgmt. Then questions about my career goals and why I would work for a smaller firm.Mainly it was an interview t oget to know me it seemed.
2nd Interview came about 10 days after the screen and was with a panel (HR Manager, Director IT and Admin Director) . The interview started with customer service and operations settings and responses and then went mainly technical with a practical exercise from the Director IT and the entire interview lasted about 4 hours in all.
The final was 1:1 lunch with Director IT about one week later with the offer. Process took about 3 weeks .

A customer calls and complains that one of her servers gets knocked offline for 20 minutes every evening at 6 pm for no reason. Trouble shooting and testing during regular hours shows no issue. How would you resolve this?
