Long interview process spanning weeks including coding rounds, test project, multiple hiring manager rounds and hr discussion and rejected due to reasons citing roo many jumps in career which is what I understood based on the last discussion with hiring manager. Could've just looked at my resume and figured out at the screening rather than wasting everyone's time. Also didn't have a good feeling about the culture and too authoritarian from the discussions
The interview process began with a review of my resume and portfolio by a consultancy. The first round, a behavioural interview, was then scheduled with Edge Group, followed by a behavioural assessment test, and finally, a technical interview.

The consultancy asked a few questions based on what projects I did and how they align with Edge group's portfolio. And what are my thoughts on defence industry going forward. During behavioural interview with Edge group, the interview started with question what made you to chose science as career. Who would chose as your favoirite person from the past or present time and why? How your skills match with our portfolio and which two subsidiaries you want to work with and why? Situational question like, if you ahve given an opporunity to work on different teams who would you chose to work with. Where one team has people of your calibre no more- no less skills than you and the other hand the other team has people more qualified than you in every manner. After which, the following question came, if any one of the person on the high calibre team comes to me and complain about your low skills how would you like me to handle this situation do you want me to take cae of this or do you want me to tell you about the situation. What if I asked your friend about your quality what qualities he would list? and the same question for bad qualities.
