The interview was somewhat brief but no rushed. They asked basic questions about my work history and my current employer. They also asked about what sort of things I'm interested in and we; as spoke about the job itself and what they work entailed.

Friendly people. Interview largely consisted of a series of small exams, which became progressively more specific/difficult as one succeeded in the previous exam. One's performance on the tests determines the type of work one will go on to do, with frequent opportunities for advancement.
