Terrible experience. They made me go through three rounds of interviews and then just ghosted me. The whole thing seemed fake from the beginning. It seemed they were more interested in getting free consultation from me and stealing my presentation ideas. What made the whole thing suspicious was that there were supposed to be two Directors as part of the interview panel, but one of those Directors never showed up for any of the three interviews. There was always an excuse about "connection problems", "urgent client meeting", etc. The Director who was there insisted on recording my presentation to "share" with the other Director. How can you be a decision maker, yet you can't even spare an hour to sit through an interview? Such a waste of time.
