Initial interview was very informal, over breakfast. It was directly with the owner. Very personable. He told a lot about the company and asked a lot of situational questions. This approach transformed the interview from a dry question-and-answer into an action-based, day-in-the-life discussion, which allows one to relax into ones working mindset and, I believe, gives the best insight into what one can do. After the initial interview, the second interview consisted of meeting my management team to hear their pain points and see how I could help and how well we fit.
