Following a one-hour aptitude test and two technical rounds, each lasting 1.5 hours, there was a 30-minute manager round with straightforward technical questions. However, despite my attempts to follow up, the recruiter has been unresponsive and is not providing feedback. It would be more efficient and respectful to schedule the manager round at the beginning of the interview process if their decision holds the key to selection. This approach would save valuable time for both senior interviewers and interviewees, as well as the recruiter team.
I am truly disheartened by the process followed by EPAM. Initially, I received similar feedback from a friend who had interviewed with the company earlier. However, I chose to overlook it and proceeded with the organization. Eventually, I experienced a similar lack of communication.
I have never experienced this issue in my career.
Certainly, I will update this feedback on all review platforms and LinkedIn to ensure that people are aware of the reality.
