Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ERM.
Entrevista
I applied online via their website and I was "requested to complete a video questionnaire." I was told that I had a week to complete it but the email passive-aggressively told me to do it sooner and every day after that I got an automated email nagging me to do it. There was a video that introduced us to it saying that "it would take about 15 minutes to complete." There were 5 written questions and 5 video questions. In total – because the software upload times took forever – the whole thing took me nearly 3 hours to complete. All of the questions were boilerplate "how do you deal with problems?" types of questions. The system worked that you were given a question, a timer started for how long you were allowed to think of an answer, and then a timer started while your video recorded you. So basically it was a high-tech version of high school PE class. Each video took +15 minutes for me to upload for some reason (my internet connection is pretty good normally). I don't know what was the advantage of the video because all of these questions could have been done over the phone or via email and it would have been much faster. After finishing I got an email from the third-party operator to answer an opinion survey on how much I liked the "video questionnaire."
Afterward the company ghosted on me. The only way I found out that I wasn't being considered for the position anymore was when I looked up my application on their website and it said "application withdrawn" (even though I never withdrew my application). If I had known that this company treated applicants this poorly I never would have applied.
