Initial Phone Interview with HR: General Questions such as background, experience, interest, notice period, working rights, etc.;
Online Interview with Manager and Team Leader: General discussion on company/team's expectations and culture, my experiences and skills, work arrangement, etc.

Why did you apply for this job; why did you quit your previous job; what projects have you worked on in your previous roles; where do you see yourself in 5 years.
I had two rounds of interviews that started with personal questions and then a case study. Two interviewers in each interview. They would usually take inspiration from a past project when developing the case study. Overall very friendly.

Digital Interview, which consisted in recording a video of 5 questions and two games. For the video recording, they gave 1 min to prepare the question and 3 min to answer. The games were short, aroung 5 min each one.

Fine, quick. Wasn't very difficult. 2 rounds which were both mostly the same. Process overall was not very long. Other new starters had very short lead times from interview to beginning the job. It varied significantly.
