Entrevista
Assessment di una giornata (dalle 9:00 alle 18:00) svolto in gruppo insieme ad altri candidati. L'esperienza si compone di prove individuali e di gruppo, sia scritte che orali volte a individuare le inclinazioni e la propensione dei candidati. Al termine di queste prove, si svolge il colloquio individuale.

Interview process is made of some technical questions and soft skill assessment. The interviewer was very professional and assessed very fairly. Some case study was also presented and performance were reviewed

What is supply chain in your definition and what is it like of a bad supply chain and good supply chain
The first interview was with HR and then followed by User Interview (1-3 weeks after the HR interview). They used English mainly. HR interview covered behavioral questions, meanwhile the User Interview was very technical.
First started with application, then practice sessions with group, then on interview day, a group zoom call where you enter a room with the person you will be interviewing with.
