Take an amplitude test first once past then interview with three groups Union members and department managers asked common interview questions not long very casual all the panels asked the same questions then compared your answers

Some in depth type of questions and felt that this was one of the first actual interviews I’ve had. Made me really think about my answers. It is best to study the documents given to prepare for the process.

Eerst een gesprek met een recruiter, daarna verschillende testen moeten uitvoeren. Na positieve testen een 2de gesprek op de site met verschillende leidinggevende. Op het 2de gesprek ook een rondleiding gekregen.

Entrevista
Very extensive interview. The questions were mainly based around safety, and the company takes safety very seriously. Most interviews are done remotely now. Typically, there are 2-3 people in the interview.
