Was emailed by the recruiter, then called from recruiter, then hiring manager, then 2 stakeholders (legal/operational). All interviews were scheduled via their scheduling assistant where I chose times that I was available.
Typical Interview process, screening call then call with hiring manager. They asked questions mainly about my experience then asked me to ask multiple questions I had on the company. It felt like a reverse interview at times
This interview with a (then) senior team member was more conversational than direct Q&A. We discussed my skill set and work history and how it could be applied to the team and organization. All went seemingly well, and ended with a plan for next steps for follow up for additional interviews with two additional members of the team. Needless to say surprised to receive a flat NO a week later from HR.
