Process was somewhat informal yet pleasant overall. First was initial screen with recruiter, then I interviewed with the CEO. Next step was interview with the CFO, and then another step interviewing with Founding Partner. Each step was more just a conversation around my experience and skill set, how I would approach the market and what my plan would be. Everyone was pleasant, but it did not seem there was a plan to bring on additional GTM and Sales people. Overall experience was fine, and each step I was told that I was a great fit, CFO even said he was going to recommend they bring me aboard. After the final interview, however, everyone vanished and ghosted me. Tried to reengage with each person via email, LinkedIn etc. and not a single response back after spending a month interviewing. Very strange and not a good sign to not even get a reply back after investing all the time into the process. After multiple attempts to get some kind of answer, whether a yes or no went unanswered, I moved on and landed elsewhere. Did not seem like they really were hiring, perhaps just interviewing for the sake of it with no real plan or intention. Not a good look to just ghost someone after 4 different interviews with the C-Suite.
